History of Pristine Acres
Kevin Calderwood, a venture capitalist and resident of Reston, Virginia, is Pristine Acres’ principal investor and original customer. Steve Waldron, an experienced and gifted property manager, initially cared for Kevin’s property in northern VA. Stunned by the quality of Steve’s work with his property, Kevin asked Steve to assume full responsibility for all facets of his real property, estate and grounds, and Pristine Acres was born. Kevin has worked with founder Steve Waldron to formulate a plan to deliver estate owners complete freedom from personal investment of time and energy in grounds keeping while consolidating all aspects of property management under one umbrella relationship. We aim to make home ownership in Northern VA 100% carefree. Today, Pristine Acres currently services clients in Fairfax and Loudon counties and has assembled a team of highly skilled, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and household repair professionals to offer the full spectrum of property management services to our clients, freeing up their time for things they want to focus on.
