From initial contact a first meeting will be at your home where we will further get to know your needs and start a face to face relationship. If your property meets the profile and requirements of this service, we will then, with your approval, take 30 minutes to an hour reviewing your home and grounds to thoroughly asses your properties current condition and the processes it will take to maintain “pristine” appearance throughout the year. After an assessment an estimate will be processed in about 48 hours and a second meeting will be arranged to go over the services and monthly contract. With an approved contract, Pristine Acres will begin to execute the service plan tailored to your estate to assure pristine appearance throughout the year and your estates yearly appreciation. Finally, with our help, you can begin to relax and actually live, without work, at your home.
