We maintain in pristine condition all of your real property and competitively outsource, and guaranty the work of anything that we outsource to others. We routinely meet with clients to first develop a property profile to help us assure we will keep everything exactly the way you want it, designing a custom maintenance schedule for your home to assist us in making sure not one item is overlooked. Pristine Acres tailors a service contract according to the needs of your estate. The centerpiece of this plan is your relationship with a personal Estate Manager, giving you the luxury of one-call coverage, reporting any property concerns to your Pristine Acres Estate Manager who takes care of all problems. Those matters which lie outside of your plan will be handled and billed separately, but with a guaranty that you will be satisfied with the result and the final cost of the additional work. You receive a monthly bill and a statement of services provided. We offer a 3-year term which you may cancel, subject to a straightforward cost-recovery provision, with 60-days notice at any time throughout the life of your contract. Pristine Acres offers discriminating clients an effortless way to keep their properties in showcase condition and maintained to the highest standard. Your team consists of your main point of contact, your Estate Manager, as well as his or her office assistant and team of helpers that assist in day to day issues. Each Estate Manager has no more than 10 clients at one time.
