Steve Waldron

President

As long as Steve can remember, he has always had a an interest in the built environment, a love for the outdoors, and helping others. In 2007, Steve founded Pristine Acres with these ideologies as the foundation with a commitment to excellence. A lot of people will describe Steve as a genuine, humble, and thoughtful person. Steve operates Pristine Acres with those same morals.

Steve's main role, in addition to orchestrating the company on a day to day basis, is geared towards making sure you get the backyard of your dreams and that it exceeds your expectations.

Kevin Kurdziolek PLA, ASLA

Licensed Landscape Architect

Kevin received his degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. Upon graduation he returned to his home town of Northern Virginia where he worked for a multi-disciplinary firm. During his time there he was involved on over 100 successful commercial and public projects in the area including Capital One, One Loudoun, and Metro Silver Line Plazas. Kevin has always had a passion for designing outdoor spaces with the focus of enhancing the human experience which led him to team up with Steve Waldron and Pristine Acres in 2018. Kevin's main focus at Pristine Acres is creating you a one-of-a-kind design and seeing the project through to completion.

With over a decade of studying and practicing landscape architecture, Kevin has acquired a unique skill set that is tailored to designing and effectively communicating those designs. He believes that the communication of a design is just as important as the design itself. His process allows you to view your project in 3d before a single piece of soil on your property is moved.
