Our Process
Construction
Once you have approved the design, the construction process begins with submitting any necessary HOA documents and filing for any required County Permits. During this time, we will work with you to select specific materials and finishes for the project.
Once the project has been approved, materials will be ordered and will begin to prepare the site by marking utilities and having a preconstruction meeting to help you better understand what to expect at your home and for our team to learn more about your home.
We will then begin with the site work and grading, if a grading permit is required we will need to obtain that permit from the County before proceeding with this step. The physical construction process of design elements then begins.
Project Review and Completion
Once the construction is deemed substantially complete (roughly 90%) we will have a walkthrough with you to create a punch list which is a list of items to take the project to 100% completion.
Once the punch list is checked off and the project is fully completed we always like to walk the project with you! We are partners with you on the project, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with the project and process.
After you have added furniture and furnishings, we will schedule professional photography of the project. Every project is unique and we love to show off the design of your space! Our clients become a part of the Pristine Acres family for life, so we love to stay in touch and hear about how your family is enjoying the space, long after construction is complete!
